First class!

Well wadda you know!? Me and Cliff Robinson forever conjoined on a British first class stamp. What are the chances of that happening?  I was just saying to Cliff, though, that it's a pity Royal Mail didn't choose better examples of our work - but, still, it's an honour.

  1. Love you cover Brian was it a Future Shocker or for a Judge Dredd story I remember having it in my hand as a young fell and scaring me with little devils coming out of your body. Good Piece from Cliff as well.

  2. If they'd given you a choice, what cover would you have preferred?

  3. Should have used your Dredd or McMahon's.

  4. As far as my Dredd's go, that's about as good as it gets, Brian. But Muito is right, it should have been one of the original Dredd artists taking prominence. I heard an interview with the designers who were responsible for those comic stamps and neither of them could remember which artists they'd used for the A.D. stamp, and I think only one of them admitted to actually buying 2000AD when he was a youngster, so not being 'fans' as such, I guess they weren't really qualified to make the best choice (IMHO). But of course having said that, I still got a kick out of seeing one my Dredd’s on a postage stamp! Yup, I'm so shallow.
